Recognizing the women driving real GTM growth

GTM leaders across the Nordics are feeling the pressure. Revenue targets are higher. More people are involved in every buying decision. And trust plays a bigger role than ever before.

Behind the scenes, many of the people making this work are women. Across marketing, sales, RevOps, and customer growth, they are helping teams focus on the right customers, build stronger pipeline, and close deals more consistently.

The impact is measurable.

Women-led leadership teams are significantly more likely to outperform financially, with GTM performance showing up where it matters most: pipeline efficiency, forecast confidence, and revenue outcomes.

Yet recognition still lags behind contribution.

That’s why N.Rich, together with Lime Technologies and Sinch, and supported by a jury of Nordic GTM leaders and Women of SaaS, is recognizing the Top 10 GTM Women Voices of the Nordics for 2026.

Each of these leaders is shaping how GTM works in practice across enterprise and scale-up environments  by improving conversion, strengthening pipeline quality, and bringing clarity to execution.

This initiative is proudly supported by the Women of SaaS community, who will also act as special hosts of the evening, helping guide the conversation and award moments during the dinner.

How the top 10 were selected

Recognition in GTM often rewards visibility.

This list rewards outcomes.

The Top 10 were selected based on:

  • Demonstrated pipeline and revenue impact
  • Influence on GTM strategy and execution
  • Contribution to ICP accuracy and buying group activation
  • Leadership through operational and organizational complexity
  • Peer respect within the Nordic GTM community

The focus is not volume, but what actually converts.

The jury committee

The Top 10 list was curated by a jury of Nordic GTM leaders who are directly responsible for revenue execution:

  • Sara Storm – Sales Director Nordic $ UKI, N.Rich
  • Lotta Forså – Customer Marketing and CX Lead, Sinch
  • Sanja Gabler – CRO, Trapets
  • Ylva Eriksson – CMO, Winningtemp
  • Lina Andolf-Orup – CMO, Lime Technologies

During the dinner, guests will vote live to select the Top 3 GTM Voices, announced the same evening.

Why This Matters

Modern GTM success depends on clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution.
Account-based strategies work when leadership is focused. Revenue becomes predictable when marketing, sales, and RevOps are aligned.

Women are already driving this shift across the Nordics.
This initiative simply puts the spotlight where results already exist.
