Pricing FAQs

There are two separate costs: a platform license fee and an advertising spend commitment. The platform fee is your license to use N.Rich — the segments, intent data, analytics, CRM integrations, and campaign management. The ad spend is the budget that funds your actual advertising campaigns. Both are part of your contract, but they are separate line items. The advertising spend is agreed separately based on your goals and committed for 12 months.
There is no fixed minimum, but N.Rich will not take on a project if the budget is misaligned with the expected outcomes. In practice, the realistic starting point is $5,000/month for most accounts. For larger enterprise audiences or multiple campaigns, $7,000–$15,000/month is more typical.
N.Rich charges based on real engagement, not impressions. An engagement is defined as: a click on a display ad, watching at least 20 seconds of a video ad, or scrolling through at least 50% of an article ad. If nobody from your target accounts engages with your content, your budget does not get used. The average cost per engagement across the client base is $1–$3, compared to $10–$50 on LinkedIn. There is a short ramp-up period of roughly two weeks where CPE may be slightly higher while the AI optimises placement.
No. Unspent ad credits roll over automatically to the following month. Your monthly budget setting controls the maximum pace of spend, but anything unspent accumulates in your account balance and is available for future campaigns. Credits carry over into a renewal as well, as long as the contract is active.
The ad spend is committed for 12 months in the contract as a yearly total, but payment terms are flexible. Most clients pay the platform fee annually and the ad spend quarterly in advance. The quarterly structure means you are not writing a large cheque on day one, and any underspend in a quarter carries over into the next.
The contract includes a baseline ad spend commitment for 12 months. You can increase spend at any time, and unspent credits never disappear. Reducing below the committed baseline mid-contract is not standard, but the team is open to discussing flexibility in exceptional circumstances. The reason for the annual commitment is simple: ABM takes time to work, and short-term fluctuations undermine the results that justify the investment.
This comes up regularly and the answer is: sometimes. The pricing on the website is the standard rate. For agencies and partners, separate pricing applies.
The platform fee is roughly a quarter of what 6sense charges for a comparable tier. Beyond the headline number, there are no hidden costs: onboarding is included, CS is included, and you are not charged per sales seat. The engagement-based billing model also means your budget is not wasted on impressions — every dollar spent corresponds to a real interaction from someone inside your target accounts.
