Intent Reports - Using Historical Data

Set up Intent Reports to use valuable historical data from 1st-party and 3rd-party sources.

Overview

Intent Reports, by default, start using collected 1st-party and 3rd-party data, such as website engagements or intent signals, as the date when they are created. You can however, set your Intent Reports to leverage any historical data that the platform has collected, prior to the setup of the intent report, to make use of valuable engagements or signals.

The Historical Data Recalculation feature enhances the value of N.Rich Intent Reports by allowing you to backfill reports with up to 12 weeks of historical engagement and intent data. This update enables more accurate reporting and progress tracking from the moment of report creation. This means you no longer have to wait for trend data to accumulate.
