Every June, Pride Month invites us to reflect, speak up, and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community — not just in society at large, but also in our workplaces, our teams, and the culture we choose to build together.
At N.Rich, we want to take a moment to say something clearly:

We want to be honest. We have not always been active throughout the year in supporting social causes, and we do not yet have a formal DEI program. We are a lean and fast-moving team, and like many growing companies, we have often prioritized delivery and scale.
But we know that is not enough. We know we can do more.
Internally, we have started discussing how we can show up with more intention — for our team, for our customers, and for causes that matter. We are exploring ways to:
Support meaningful initiatives beyond campaign work
Be more intentional about inclusion and representation
Build a consistent, respectful, and welcoming culture
We do not want Pride Month to be the only moment we say something. We want to make sure everyone on our team feels seen and safe every day.
