Workflows - Salesforce Report Sync

Create Workflows to sync accounts in a SFDC report to N.Rich.

Use case:

Manage your account lists in Salesforce as Reports and keep them synced with N.Rich Segments.

This integration enables marketers to dynamically sync account lists from Salesforce into N.Rich workflows without manual CSV imports. It’s especially useful for aligning campaign targeting with the latest CRM data — such as lists of active opportunities, ICP-fit accounts, or other filtered views.

Step-by-step: How to sync a Salesforce Report to a Segment

1. Create a Salesforce Report

Official Salesforce guide: How to create a report

2. Add required columns

  • In the report builder, add the fields you need

  • Mandatory: Add the Account ID column — this is essential for N.Rich to associate accounts correctly

3. Save and share the report

  • Click Save & Run

  • Name your report (e.g., “Target Accounts for Q2”)

  • Save it to a folder that can be shared

  • Navigate to the Folders section

  • Find the folder where your report is saved

  • Click the dropdown next to the folder name and select Share

  • Share it with the Salesforce user used in the N.Rich integration

  • Grant them Viewer or higher access

4. Grant the required permissions

The Salesforce integration user must have access to the Report object.

No reintegration is needed — just ensure the right permissions are in place.

5. Wait up to 12 hours

Once the report is shared and permissioned, it may take up to 12 hours for the report to become visible in N.Rich.
