Workflows - New Intent Score Selection Options

You can now more easily create ABM campaigns that nurture accounts through the buying journey (on autopilot). The role of nurturing within ABM is to prime the target account, making it ripe for sales engagement. These nurturing campaigns are orchestrated in N.Rich through the Workflows feature using Intent Reports as a data source. We received feedback and we revisited the supported options to make them more flexible and scalable.

This update makes it a lot easier to run ABM nurture campaigns.

Product Improvements

Salesforce Integration - Automatic CRM Data Sync Support

Salesforce CRM integration now supports Automatic CRM data sync, associating your Salesforce accounts with N.Rich accounts and powering a slew of capabilities. You can now activate the feature to see account associations in the analytics dashboard, account dashboard and account data exports among other things. HubSpot CRM Integration Stats

To help you better understand metrics related to key activities happening through your CRM integration, we implemented some integration statistics that will be displayed in the existing table.

This will show you:

  • How N.Rich is helping with account enrichment (first-party and third-party data)
  • How the integration is helping to grow your CRM accounts

HubSpot CRM Integration - 1st Party and 3rd Party Engagement Locations Support

We released an update for our HubSpot CRM integration that now supports engagement locations for intent reports. Engagement locations are now visible in new company property fields that have been added to the existing list of account properties for the integration. This can help you prioritize and execute location-specific outreach through your sales teams.
Properties added to HubSpot:

  1. First-party intent locations
  2. First-party intent countries
  3. Third-party intent locations
  4. Third-party intent countries

New In-App Chat Support and Knowledgebase

You can now initiate chats with our product support team through the product. The chat also works with our new knowledge base, resulting in a powerful search function for anything you need. All of this to better assist you so please feel free to reach out if you need any help.

Account Dashboard - Performance Optimization

Performance improvements have been brought to the account dashboard (Control Panel ) making it load faster irrespective of the number of associations a particular account has (e.g., segments and account groups).

New IP Data Provider for Japanese Accounts

We’ve added a new IP data provider to our infrastructure, allowing us to identify more Japanese accounts visiting our customers’ websites. This helps us grow our account database (including firmographic data) and brings value to customers/prospects who focus on the Japanese market.
